The House

This is a three bedroom house in the Cathedral Hill area of St. Paul. The bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. A living room, dining room, kitchen, and half-bath (off the kitchen) are downstairs. There are upper level and lower level back decks, one of which is off the main upstairs bedroom. There is also a large and terrific fenced-in side yard, a two-car garage, and a huge basement with free washer and dryer. The house has been completely redone in the last five years. All rooms have refinished hardwood floors except for the kitchen, which is ceramic/stone tile.
