The Terms

The house rents for $1,500.00 per month with a one-month deposit. Rent does not include any utilities, which are the responsibility of the tenant. It also does not include cable television or internet service, although the hookups for both are already at the house.

The tenant is responsible for the general day to day maintenance of the house, such as snow shoveling, cutting the grass, and maintaining the grounds. There is a lawnmower provided. Tenants are welcome to garden.

The house is available May 1, with a one-year lease required.
